Hello. A few weeks ago, I received an email stating that my missing item had not yet been found. I am certain that I left my watch in one of the trays at the security checkpoint while passing through the metal detector at Airport Name – e.g., JFK or Newark on July 31, 2025, before my flight Airline + Flight Number to Rome FCO. The missing item is: Watch Tissot PR 100 40 mm – Model T150.410.11.041.00 Stainless steel bracelet, blue dial, sapphire crystal Swiss quartz movement, approx. 40 mm diameter Given that this happened at the checkpoint, it should be possible to confirm quickly through CCTV footage. My concern is that the watch may have been picked up by someone else. Could you please advise me on the next steps? Should I file a formal report/complaint in order to proceed? This situation is very concerning to me, as the watch has significant personal and financial value. Thank you very much for your attention and assistance. Best regards
