What Are The Costs?

While our New York JFK Airport Lost and Found Department may charge a small fee to file lost property reports, please exclusively file lost or found property reports with the Lostings Airport Lost and Found Department.
 

Where to File a Report?

You have the choice to directly submit a lost or found report or connect with the TSA for additional information filing. How much does this cost?

The Seattle-Tacoma International Airport Lost and Found Office does not charge to file any lost property reports, please only file a lost property report through Lostings Airport Lost and Found department.

Where do I file a report?

You can directly submit a lost or found report or contact the TSA to file additional information. The form will ask for details of what was lost or found, contact information, airport or airline which the item was lost or found, date the item was lost or found and any additional information.

I left my item(s) on my flight, who should I contact?

Please contact your airline directly or submit a lost item report through your airline carrier. You can view a list of airlines’ contact information here.

I left my item at a TSA security checkpoint, what should I do?

For items left behind at the TSA Passenger Security Check Point,  fill out a TSA Lost and Found Report for assistance in locating and retrieving your property.

Lost and Found receives items left at security checkpoints the following business day. Click on the New Report link to file a lost property report. Our Lost and Found software solution will compare specific criteria from lost property reports with found property that has been registered in our software for matching purposes. TSA does not deliver confiscated items to the Lost and Found.

I found something at Seattle-Tacoma International Airport, what do I do?
